The Intern Engagement Initiative is a Watertown Development Company effort to engage and integrate summer interns into the community via networking opportunities. The goal: get more interns to stay in Watertown full-time after graduation.

“ATTRACT AND ENHANCE” RECOGNIZED BY MID-AMERICA ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL

For its Attract and Enhance program, the Watertown Development Company was recognized by the Mid-America Economic Development Council in 2021. The program, which provides matching funds for relocations and training, helped alleviate the burden of housing costs for Watertown students.
