Description: Pricing is one of the most powerful levers in business—studies show even a 1% price increase can boost profits by 11%. Yet many companies rely on outdated “cost-plus” methods without fully analyzing their strategy. In this interactive workshop, we’ll explore the history and psychology of pricing, identify 12 key drivers that impact price, and walk through how to evaluate your own pricing model with financial analysis. You’ll learn practical strategies that can be applied to both product- and service-based sales to optimize pricing for greater profitability. Please have available your current pricing, cost of goods sold, and relevant financial information to reference during hands-on exercises. A detailed handout summarizing pricing models and drivers will also be provided.
