Taxes are an important part of starting a business and it\u2019s not as difficult as you think! But where do you start?<\/p>\n<p>How should I set up my business: as a sole proprietor, LLC, corporation, or partnership?\u00a0What can I deduct and how do I track my expenses?\u00a0How do I report my business income and expenses?<\/p>\n<p>This webinar will answer all of these questions and more!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Presented by: Ruth Ann Michnay,\u00a0CPA, MBT, EA, USTCP<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ruth\u00a0Ann\u00a0Michnay\u00a0<\/strong>is an enrolled agent, and a\u00a0\u00a0United States Tax Court Practitioner, has a practice in St. Paul, Minnesota,\u00a0\u00a0where she concentrates in tax representation, tax preparation (individual and small businesses), and accounting services\/consulting. She served on the American Institute of CPAs\u2019 Advocacy &amp; Relations Committee (formerly IRS Practice and Procedures Committee, 2012\u20132015 and 2004\u20132007) and published articles in AICPA The Tax Adviser and the MN CPA Footnote. Ruth Ann teaches for the University of Minnesota\u00a0Income Tax Course (2003 to current).
