But where do you start? \nHow should I set up my business: as a sole proprietor\, LLC\, corporation\, or partnership? What can I deduct and how do I track my expenses? How do I report my business income and expenses? \nThis webinar will answer all of these questions and more! \nPresented by: Ruth Ann Michnay\, CPA\, MBT\, EA\, USTCP \n  \nRuth Ann Michnay is an enrolled agent\, and a  United States Tax Court Practitioner\, has a practice in St. Paul\, Minnesota\,  where she concentrates in tax representation\, tax preparation (individual and small businesses)\, and accounting services/consulting. She served on the American Institute of CPAs’ Advocacy & Relations Committee (formerly IRS Practice and Procedures Committee\, 2012–2015 and 2004–2007) and published articles in AICPA The Tax Adviser and the MN CPA Footnote. Ruth Ann teaches for the University of Minnesota Income Tax Course (2003 to current).
